Anytime messaging service
Online and telephone coaching are $80 per session.
Text based coaching is $70 per session. Multiple session offers are available at a discounted price.
Anytime text service is $150 per month.
Online coaching will be via a Zoom call.

Telephone coaching will involve me calling you at a pre-agreed time.
​
Text-based coaching will use WhatsApp and is useful for people who struggle with using words to express themselves, or live in a situation where they’re unable to get private time to speak to another person out loud.

Anytime messaging offers email and text access to message me when you like and I will respond within 1-2 days. Services cost $150 per month. You can choose this alongside coaching sessions or individually.
